Why this exists

Companies spend a lot of money controlling what you learn about them before you join. Careers pages, employer-branding campaigns, curated reviews, glossy culture decks. By the time you find out what a place is actually like, you've already resigned from your last job.

CorporateLeaks exists to close that gap. Everything here comes from people who actually worked there, posted anonymously, with no company able to edit, bury, or buy their way out of it.

What we promise

• We never remove a review for being negative. Not for a company's request, not for advertising money, not for legal pressure when the criticism is accurate.
• We never sell placement. No company can pay to raise its rating or hide its reviews.
• We hold nothing that identifies you. See Privacy for exactly what that means.

What we're not

Not a place to post confidential documents. Not a place to settle personal scores. Not a place for abuse. Those things would get the site shut down, and then it helps nobody.
